Frequently Asked Questions
Box Office and Gates Open
The Box Office will open ninety (90) minutes before first pitch on home game days, which typically means a 5:30 PM opening for a 7:05 PM gametime. Gates will then open exactly sixty (60) minutes before the first pitch.
First pitch times:
- Tuesday - Thursday: 6:35 pm
- Friday - Saturday: 7:05 pm
- Sunday (Family Day): 1:05 pm
Family Friendly
Glacier Bank Park, home of the Glacier Range Riders, strives to provide an atmosphere that is family-friendly in both entertainment and experiences. Our expectation is that our fans will treat surrounding fans with respect and courtesy. Guidelines for fans can be found in the Code of The Range. Fans not adhering to the Code will be warned and, in some cases, may be asked to leave.
Food & Beverage
All outside food and beverages are prohibited.
A variety of food and beverages, including gluten-free options, can be purchased throughout the ballpark. Exceptions may be made for health reasons; contact us in advance at (406) 519-4115 to make arrangements.
Parking
Glacier Bank Park has multiple parking options. Parking lots open 90 minutes before the first pitch.
- Proximity Parking - The parking lots closest to the ballpark entrance cost $10 per car. Cash and electronic payments are accepted.
- Free Parking - Two lots are available for free parking; their distance to the ballpark entrance is approximately a five-to-ten-minute walk.
- Drop-off Lane - There is a drop-off lane available for all guests, buses, and rideshares to use. Please let a parking attendant know if you would like to use this option.
- ADA Parking - Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in both the free and paid lots. Please arrive early to get a spot.
Stadium Departure - All traffic MUST TURN RIGHT onto HWY 93. To go north, use the Church Street interchange to turn around.
Tailgating
We do not allow tailgating.
Service Animals
With the exception of trained service animals as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no animals are permitted within Flathead Field. Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under ADA.
Marriage Proposals
To request a marriage proposal, please contact our production team at information@gorangeriders.com or call (406) 519-4115. There is a fee for all proposals. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested date.
Birthday & Anniversary Messages
Scoreboard messages for most occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.) are available for purchase. They are read in the middle of the fourth inning, and sometimes in the middle of the fifth inning if there are multiple requests. Requests must be submitted 24 hours before a game, and messages may have a maximum of 25 words. Contact our production team at information@gorangeriders.com or (406) 519-4115 to make a request. A request is not a guarantee of an announcement.
Weather

Postponed Games: In the event a game is not played, subject to the discretion of the organization, tickets can be exchange for equal or lesser value tickets for a future game, subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged on a ticket for ticket basis at the Range Riders Ticket Office. Tickets may not be exchanged over the phone, and complimentary tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Inclement Weather: Range Riders will monitor the threat on inclement and severe weather. As needed, announcements will be made over the PA System to provide updates to spectators.

Delay of Play: Range Riders personnel will provide updates on the restart of play until it is determined the threat of weather has subsided.

Bag Policy
- All bags are subject to inspection
- No bags or purses larger than 8.5”x11” are allowed
- No backpacks are allowed inside the ballpark
Prohibited Items
The following is a list of items prohibited from entering Glacier Bank Park:
- Alcohol of any kind
- Tobacco and Marijuana of any kind (Glacier Bank Park is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping is prohibited, including electronic and smokeless cigarettes).
- Outside bottles, water bottles, coolers, and containers of any kind
- Weapons of any kind, including knives, guns, pepper spray, etc.
- Animals (aside from Cliff & Huck)
- Backpacks/suitcases
- Banners/flags/signage
- Commercial-grade cameras and video recorders – Spectator cameras with lenses over six inches (6”) long are prohibited. The use of flash is prohibited.
- Selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods
- Remote control flying devices or unmanned aerial vehicles (i.e. drones)
- Lawn chairs or seatback chairs
- Umbrellas – To preserve spectator views and for the safety of our fans, we do not allow umbrellas in Glacier Bank Park
- Tents, including portable pop-up shades
- Noise makers – air horns, whistles, items that produce loud noises, etc.
- Radios/Bluetooth speakers
- Laser pointers
Other Guidelines

Drug use is prohibited in Glacier Bank Park and surrounding parking lots.

Flathead Field policies and state and federal law will be in effect.

Profanity and abusive language are strictly prohibited during games and events at Flathead Field. Spectators using profanity or abusive language towards athletes, coaches, officials, staff or fellow spectators may have their ticket revoked and removed from the venue.

Throwing items onto the playing surface, indirectly or directly at fellow spectators will not be tolerated and will be grounds for removal and banishment from the venue.

Unauthorized persons entering the playing surface will be removed from the venue and banned from future events.
Flathead Field Fan Code of Conduct

Flathead Field is committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our team, visiting teams, and fans to enjoy. We reserve the right to institute measures for any language, actions, or demonstrations in violation with the Range Riders Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, ejection from the facility and revocation of future ticket privileges. Violation of laws or county ordinances may result in arrest or prosecution.

Fans are expected to:
Show respect to all athletes, coaches, officials, staff and surrounding fans at all times.
Assume responsibility for their conduct.
Comply with zero-tolerance policies related to any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
Adhere to request and directives from game day event staff and law enforcement personnel regarding venue operation and emergency response procedures.
Refrain from entering the playing surface without proper authorization or credentials.
